Life cycle testing provides information which allows manufacturers to determine longevity and make changes to improve product quality.  Knowing the useful life cycle of vehicles and/or vehicle components allows manufacturers to fine tune their products prior to going into mass production.

Comparison testing can provide a client insight beyond just cost when considering which components to use on their vehicles for OEM purposes.  Stacy Testing & Tire Specialist, Inc.’s experience specific to the tire market is a perfect example of this.  OEM’s can choose tires that provide superior handling and longevity which is a feature often missed when considering suppliers based purely on pricing.  Often times an inferior tire will negatively affect handling and any cost savings is lost due to poor consumer reviews. 

Our independent testing provides a client with experienced testing staff and proven test procedures to meet their needs.  Testing programs are tailored to each client's needs and can sometimes be combined with other non-competing products in tests to save cost.
