Stacy Testing & Tire Specialist, Inc. is family owned and operated by Carol & Frank Stacy.  Frank Stacy, a leading testing and tire design specialist for over 25 years, has a high level of expertise in vehicle testing, aftermarket components, structural analysis and tire failures.  The focus of Stacy Testing & Tire Specialist, Inc. is in the motorcycle, ATV, UTV (Side by Side) and bicycle industries. 

Frank’s background in professional motorcycle racing in the ‘70’s and ‘80’s opened the door to product testing and development and his transition from racer to test rider to product designer has allowed him to work for many of the major OEMs in these industries.  Frank Stacy began his consulting business in 1995 with the goal of using the knowledge and experience gained over many years to provide companies consulting services in tire design, tire development, vehicle testing, component testing and product development programs - all in a turn-key fashion that is tailored to the client’s needs.
