Frank Stacy has over 25 years experience consulting for motorcycle, ATV, UTV (side-by-side) and bicycle tires and inner tubes, with a high level of achievement in structural failure, tread pattern design, casing design/casing materials, rubber compound and tire/tube manufacturing procedures.

 Frank is considered an industry expert in the areas of tire design, tire development, tire testing, vehicle testing, tire to vehicle relationship, tire examination and tire/inner tube failures.  His background as an expert test rider with prior certification by Honda Motor Corporation, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Buell Motorcycles, Indian Motorcycles and current lead test rider for Stacy Testing and Tire Specialist, Inc. has given him vast experience to draw on.
