Testing Programs

Stacy Testing and Tire Specialist, Inc.’s independent test programs can evaluate product durability, ergonomics, assess general vehicle handling and stability, and determine the life cycle of components and tires.  Results can be bench marked against competitor products or your own product performance goals.

Stacy Testing and Tire Specialist, Inc. can perform laboratory tests to evaluate tire rolling resistance, puncture and cut resistance, and x-ray analysis.

Our goal is to provide an unbiased and repeatable development testing foundation that allows our clients to benchmark and improve their products based on the test results.

Confidentiality is a top priority and each client’s results only belong to them.

We are able to develop continued testing programs to suit our client’s needs or handle one-off tests to determine and report performance levels.  Third party testing is also a useful tool for advertising and can provide unbiased comparison test results for marketing purposes.

Successful products are proven well before they ever enter the marketplace.

On- and Off-Road Vehicle or Component Tests can be used to evaluate the following:

- Reliability (engine, transmission, tires, components, etc.)

- Durability (wear out/life cycle, extreme conditions evaluation, maintenance intervals, etc.)

 - Handling Performance (high and low speed handling, stability, competitor comparison, etc.)

 - Ergonomics (rider comfort/fatigue,control accessibility and functionality, visibility, etc.)

 - Tires (wear out/life cycle, handling performance, competitor's comparison, etc.)

Stacy Testing and Tire Specialist, Inc. can evaluate these aspects of your product through accelerated life cycle testing, mileage accumulation, special surface tests, high and low temperature tests, altitude variations, and many other options depending on the goals of the test.

Private proving grounds and real world conditions are available to suit your testing needs.
