All Stacy Testing and Tire Specialist, Inc. test riders are qualified prior to hiring and required to take part in an example test procedure under close supervision by Stacy Testing and Tire Specialist, Inc. staff.  Once qualified, the riders are hired as employees or independent contractors depending on the duration of the testing program and our clients' needs.
