Frank Stacy has been designing and developing motorcycle, ATV, UTV (side-by-side) and bicycle tires for over 25 years and has been instrumental in both introducing new brands to the market and updating existing brands with new technology. Frank's expertise involves understanding the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) which provides the tire industry standards for all tire manufacturers to follow, including the Tire and Rim Association, Inc. (TRA), Department of Transportation (DOT) and the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation (E.T.R.T.O.).

Frank has extensive knowledge on the materials required to build a tire (casing materials, rubber compounds, etc.) as well as tire manufacturing procedures, in-house laboratory tests and quality control procedures.  The finished tire is key to the tire-vehicle relationship.  Materials and assembly process are critical to the finished tire's inflated dimensions and can affect handling, stability, traction, wear and durability.
